ONLINE RETREAT

I am so excited to announce the launch of my online retreat! While we all might be stuck at home a little while longer than expected, we may as well try to enjoy and indulge in working on ourselves, mind and body. Through this experience as we embark on a 3 day journey where you can expect classes from world class trainers, chefs, mindfulness coaches and more from the comfort of your own home.

On a normal retreat we come away from our daily routine and experience leaving our little bubble behind, so I wanted to cultivate this feeling from our homes. Over the weekend not only will you experience classes you’ve never tried before, you will also receive a manual with some off-screen tasks to do over the course of the 3 days. Let’s break out of our habits and create new morning and evening routines which, if you enjoy, you can continue after the retreat is over.

How does it work?

  1. Simply purchase your ticket for either 1 day or the 3 day weekend.

  2. Download Zoom.

  3. Book yourselves onto the classes you would like to try.

  4. Any classes you can’t make will be recorded and sent to you if you wish to try them out.
