Over the last few years I have been on a huge journey of self-discovery. If you had met me 8 years ago I was a completely different person. 

One of the biggest shifts I had that started this journey of becoming who I am today was when I decided to start asking myself ‘why’. 

Self enquiry is honestly the first step in this journey. If we don’t reflect and ask ourselves why we fall into these patterns and behaviours we will never experience change.

It’s not an easy journey, it’s hard to point the lens at yourself and really delve deep.

But growth only happens in those uncomfortable spaces.

We subconsciously repeat patterns until we are conscious of them.
